Activation Condition:

• All four items must be refined to the exact same level.

• The bonus effect is determined by the lowest refine level among them.

🧪 Examples

• ✅ Perfect Match: Armor +7, Garment +7, Footgear +7, Weapon +7 → Bonus activates at +7

• 🔻 One Higher: Armor +7, Garment +7, Footgear +7, Weapon +8 → Bonus activates at +7

• 🔻 One Lower: Armor +7, Garment +7, Footgear +6, Weapon +7 → Bonus activates at +6

• 🔄 Progression Logic: If one item is upgraded and no longer matches, the bonus adjusts down to the lowest refine level until all four are equal again.
